Full-time clay membership provides your own designated workspace and storage, plus all of the community spaces and equipment in the studio. It includes two firings per month. You can enjoy access to the studio 8am - 9pm, seven days/week.

We are here to help the full-time artist grow their business and craft. Jennifer has 30 years’ of experience as a potter and small business owner in the craft industry. She is available to our full-time artists to help them work toward their goals.

We will do our best to accommodate any special work or storage needs, space pending. Additional firings are available for $25 per kiln load. Kiln loads can be shared between members.

Part-time clay membership includes eight hours per week of general studio time and up to ten hours per week scheduled wheel time. For those that do not use the wheel for throwing, all eighteen hours are available for scheduled studio time.

​Part-time members will get their own dedicated storage shelves and access to communal storage spaces, equipment, and workspaces. Clay used in the studio must be purchased from Carved in Mud Studios for $35/25lb bag of clay. This includes firing and use of studio glazes.

There is no studio monitor present. While all skill levels are welcome, members must have enough knowledge about clay to be able to work independently to be considered for membership.
